How to update/reset your HumanCard account password

The HumanCard security infrastructure is built in a way that does not store your password. Due to this, it is only possible to reset your password, and not update it.

Here's how to reset your HumanCard account password.

If you are not logged in.

1. Go to humancard.me

2. Click "Forgot Password"

3. Enter your email

4. Go to your email and check your inbox or spam folder for the password reset email

If you have access to your account and are logged in:

1. Go to "Settings

2. Scroll to the bottom till you see Password Reset and click on "Click here to reset you password"

If you cannot find the email, please message us in the chat or email us at support@humancard.co with your HumanCard profile registered email and username.
