Steps to take if you are having trouble signing into your account.
If you are having trouble signing into your Popl account you may be using an incorrect email to sign in or you may be experiencing a backend issue with your account.
Follow these steps:

Try to sign in with all emails you believe you may have used to create your account
- Reset your password. You will do this by:
- Tapping "sign in with email"
- Tapping "reset password"
If you still cannot sign in, please message us in the chat or email us at support@humancard.co with the email you used to create your HumanCard account and we will investigate.
